EasyFlash 3 - Verify error at 00:00:0:04000

Hello everyone and many thanks in advance to those who can give me a possible resolution to my problem with EasyFlash 3.
When I want to put the initial .crt file I get the following error

then I verify if I record something in said position with the Hex Viewer tool and I see that I record the data,

I can not find the logic of that error . Does someone come up with something similar? Someone knows what the logic of "Verify error at"

As nobody seems to answer, I am entering speculation mode . I guess the verify comes from checking byte 0x0400 = the 1024th byte after writing it to the cartridge and finding out that instead of the written value of $86 it finds a value of $FF. So there is an issue with the memory on your EasyFlash, or potentially an issue with the wiring. In order to see the issue in the Hex Viewer, you would need to scroll down to position 0400, which is further down from your screen shot. You should see an FF there I guess, which is not what was written.

Now how this can be fixed I have absolutely no clue and one of the hardware Gurus needs to chime in...

These kind of errors appeared on my EasyFlash 3 because of faulty a "256-kbit (32 Kx8 3.3 V 55 ns SRAM - sTSOP-28" chip.

Would a faulty SRAM be detected by the RAM Test, available in EasyProg?

Never tried it, I just replaced the chip.

Hallo, ich wollte denen, die an diesem Beitrag mitgewirkt haben, den ich vor mehr als 2 Jahren erstellt habe, mitteilen, dass ich, nachdem ich einige Dinge auf gesundheitlicher Ebene durchgemacht habe, nicht wegen Covid-19, sondern davor war, und eine sehr große Quarantäne in meinem Land (Argentinien) Ich konnte ein gutes Ende erreichen.

Ich sage Ihnen, dass ich viel, viel, viel gemacht habe, wie zum Beispiel Flash und RAM entlöten und mehr als dreimal neu löten, reinigen und löten, alle Spuren 1 bis 1 durchgehen usw. usw. Ich beschloss, mit dem Austausch von Komponenten zu beginnen, ein weiterer großer Nachteil ist, dass sie in Argentinien nicht verfügbar sind, daher musste ich sie auf andere Weise besorgen und das hat auch Zeit gedauert, das erste, was ich bekam, war der Flash (MX29LV640EBTI-70G) und zum Glück dort endete das Problem am vergangenen Wochenende.

Vielen Dank für das Feedback! Ich freue mich, dass das EasyFlash jetzt funktioniert . Und natürlich freue ich mich auch, dass Du die gesundheitlichen Probleme überwinden konntest.
