Hi. I was wondering if there is interest in this. The nunchuk64 is fine as it is, but I think more people would build a throughhole component version.

I have quickly layed it out. Not routed, graphics not yet cleaned up. There are two resistor networks to save space. If there is interest, may I put this as a directory to the main project ?

Yes. Me or someone can spin-off from this project . ADAC lso contacted me on twitter about ideas. Then I didn't hear anymore from him. I vented some ideas too. Mainly 12V dc input.. Here is from a nice chat I had with him while I waited for the subway train:

Great work! I'm reading the discussion a bit late.

I will update the bom and schematics on the github repository. R42 is missing a value in BOM and schematics. It is 330 ohms on my KU prototype and original boards. RP1and RP2 I will double check. Also maybe add the suggestion to use traco regulator.

Thank you to everyone for keeping us updated

Anbei der erste Entwurf meines Schaltplans. Bitte vergleicht ihn mit euren Versionen.

lvr , thank you so much for sharing the draft. It got useful in finding a mistake in my TFCC replica project. I imported your Eagle schematics file in KiCad and converted it to a netlist. After a saturdays evening of work, I found that I had grounded the READ signal on the 74LS32! After removing the mistake, the game started ! It was Bitte melde dich an, um diesen Link zu sehen. who prototyped the replica. More information about it is on Bitte melde dich an, um diesen Link zu sehen.. Again thanks so much. There was very little error in your draft. When comparing the netlist to a gerber, errors are detected in both schematics and gerbers if they don't match up.

Np! That would be great !
Here is what they look like with the last changes. Removed combo connector and drew a edge connector instead. With rounded corners.

    Hi I'm the Entwickler.
There is a manual for it on github: Bitte melde dich an, um diesen Link zu sehen.
Jan Beta struggeled a bit with soldering before programming, allthough it can be programmed after soldering also..
He also struggeled with the reset line because i sent him a fake PIC chip with weak output driver. Do not buy PIC MCUs off ebay. I learned the hard way. :)

Hi. Has there been ideas of moving the swinsid over on a different mcu ? I was looking at tiny STM32 MCUs. They are not that much fast in clock speed, but with 32bit you can put the whole 23 bit LFSR noise generator in fewer cycles. The 16 bit filters? I suppose that with a 8 bit mcu there is a lot of high byte low byte instructions performed that can be cooked down.. I looked at the price also.. here for example from mouser, €2.13/pcs for 10. Btw, I've ordered the Swinsid Ultimate. Can't wait :)
