SwinSID X2 - terrible sound

Hi,

I've just built the SwinSID X2, and unfortunately I have a terribly distorted sound.

What could be the reason for this?

AVRs (ATMega8515) have been programmed with the SwinSIDX2_20100416 firmware.

DAC is TDA1543.
