I understand that Mega doesnt't want to have any issues with the rights of the ROMs, but I'm still sure that Cloanto didn't have any chance if it would go to the court. No one can have rights of something that officially didn't exists.
All of the now known ROMs are on zimmers.net . What's the difference if there would be the one from Mr. Bowen as well?

Fred Bowen said in one of his last C65 related interviews that the ROM version he has was more "cleaned up". When they knew, the project would be canned, they finished as much as possible. so it would be very interesting what the C65s last version ROM (911204) would have looked like. Fred Bowen is the only person who has this version.
Over the last years, I've collected quite a lot of C65 stuff (not the C65 itself of course) ... in case someone might be interested.
