Core 800 Diskwechsel

    Hallo Zusammen,
    Ich versuche 7 Cities of Gold zu spielen.


    Nach dem Boot muss eine Player Disk gewechselt werden.
    Ich hab keinen Schimmer wie ich das machen soll. Mit F12 reagiert mein USB Keyboard nicht mehr.
    Mit F11 bootet MIST vom neuem Image.


    Gibt es eine Kombination zum wechseln innerhalb des Programmes?

    Also im Normalfall gehen die Tasten F12 (Menüaufruf, inkl. Diskettenwechsel) oder F11 (direkt das Disk-Menü). Von daher wundert mich, daß bei Dir da nix geht. Auch F1 sollte was anderes als einen Reset machen.
    Funktioniert die Tastatur mit anderen Cores vernünftig? Wobei der Atari 800-Core ja eh ein eigens OSD hat :/

    mein Keyboard funzt mit allen FPGA Cores.


    mit F11 kann ich zwar die Diskette wechseln aber dann versucht MiST von der gewechselten Disk zu booten.


    F12 verweigert mit dem geladenen 7 Cities Programm weitere Key Eingaben. Ich kann dort über das Keyboard keine Disk wechseln.


    Ich dachte es gibt eine Kombination von Joystick oder direkt an der MiST Konsole Tastenbefehle um eine Disk zu wechseln ohne Reboot.

    Supported types:
    .ATR - Atari disk image with header. single/medium/double density.
    .XFD - Atari disk image without header.
    .XEX - Atari executable. A simple bootloader is loaded, not 100% compatible.


    Cartridges:
    Default dir: /atari800/user
    Supported types:
    .CAR - Atari 800 cartridge with header.
    NB .BIN files can be converted using various programs - e.g. Atari800WinPlus.


    Important notes:
    When running Atari software a lot of programs need to have basic disable. Hold option when pressing reset.


    Keyboard layout


    The keyboard is mapped to match an Atari 800XL physical layout. On a UK keyboard this means the layout is:

    Oh, ich wußte gar nicht, daß bei F11 schon direkt vom Core her ein Coldstart durchgeführt wird. Ich habe bisher die Disketten immer per F12 eingelegt und dann per F10 + F8 (Option zum Ausschalten des BASIC) gebootet.


    Das mit dem Seven Cities of Gold klingt echt merkwürdig. Ich schaue mal, ob ich das heute abend mal ausprobiert bekomme.
