In post 323 I explained there are lot of big-disc size games (almost all 2D) with great potential to become working D2EF release in CRT format here, but they have ONLY one problem - they don't recognize second disk when C64 asks for second disk!
To explain more - when I'm testing big-disc games (games with multiple D64 images) with D2EF tool, I always use Stlye's DirMaster to copy all game files from their D64's to one D71 or one D81 file (depending of the size).
If game is in D71 format, I use well-known trick to rename D71 extension file to D64 extension file before conversion. Then I convert these files with D2EF tool to CRT format and then flash & test them on real Easyflash cartridge.
And on half of these big-disc games we have above mentioned problem (second half without this problem are already posted in this forum in CRT format).Fix needs to be done in all these games are to tell game there's no need for disk-swapping because they have all files in same CRT file (or D71 or D81 file before conversion, if you look that way, whatever).
Probably it's easy to fix for guys with C64 programming knowledge.
It will be real shame if we loose these disc games in our D2EF collection, because of this minor problem - especially when I need to test approximately 50 disc-games to find one of these!
I found 14 big disc-games with this problem.
In this post I will post 10 of them - in D71 format (renamed to D64) and real D81 format - already prepared for conversion (no point to do that before fix!), and links where to find disc games with their mutiple D64 images (if you need them):

http://csdb.dk/release/?id=67094Sons of Liberty(F4CG):

I really hope, guys, someone of you have knowledge, will and time to fix them for CRT releases here!

Another four big-disc games with problem I mentioned in post above:
First, links where you can find these games with their multiple images (IDE64 relase are bunch of files you just need to copy inside D71 or D81 file):
Solar Jetman (IDE64):
http://singularcrew.hu/ide64wa…te/Games/Solar_jetman.zipAutoduel (unknown):
http://www.gb64.com/game.php?id=504&d=18&h=0Oil Barons (unknown):
http://www.gb64.com/game.php?id=5356&d=18&h=0I don't know which version is Retrograde and where to find it on the net, so you only have post for this excellent game in d81 format.
They all need fix mentioned in previous post to have them working properly in CRT format!
This is ONLY FIX needs to be done on these 14 games, because they are all reading files from Easyflash cartridge, not using floppy 1541 for access!
All of them are 2D, and here you have them prepared:

Would it be possible to pass any of the AD&D SSI's title to CRT? The high number of disks used in those games makes me think it would be a rough task, but... do anyone know if with any of the transf-software available could be possible?

Danytoon, sebbi - it will not happen here, it's not possible to make these big RPG games in CRT format with disk2easyflash tool.
Main reasons for that I explained in post 331, please read this.
I tested all versions of them you asked for - bigger the games, fewer the number of cracks, it was not to many to test, especially knowing the D2EF limits explained in post 331.
C64 programmers really squeeze and use every free block on these disks (whole bunch of files, only few duplicates).
D64 file (1D) is 170 KB, Easyflash slot is 1.024 KB, meaning even 6D games are questionable to put in EF slot.
And you asked for 7D, 8D and 9D games.I also tested all versions of 5D and 6D games with disk2easyflash tool (there are 51 of them in Gamebase64).
Also no luck. All 5D and most of 6D games can be fixed to work from Easyflash, but that's required proper Easyflash release.

DonChaos, why don't you try it by yourself?
You only need to write one command in MS-DOS prompt for this small disc-game.
It's not problem to convert, it's a problem to FIND working version with disk2easyflash.
4% compatibility with small-disc games (1D), and 2% compatibility with bigger ones (2D to 4D).
And I think I found around 80% of them and posted them here, so you can easily calculate your chance to find new ones
Alex did a wonderful job with disk2easyflash tool, but it's not and can't be a "magic wand".
Proper fix with coding knowledge needs to be done on other games to work from Easyflash.Unfortunately, we have only three proper Easyflash game releases in last 18 months - you can see it on http://www.csdb.dk (search for "easyflash").
It's a real pitty Easyflash platform is almost abandoned from C64 groups these days, knowing how fantastic potential this new hardware from 2009 has.

Alex, Enthusi, The Joker, Retro-Nerd, CapFuture195 - this post is for you, mighty C64 programmers
Are anyone of you (or your friends) fixing 14 big-disc games in post 366 & 367?
115 days passed since I posted them.
If no-one doing nothing about them, I have one wonderful idea what to do with all those disk2easyflash games here
I shyly announced this in post 200 here, and this idea was my "spiritus movens" from the beginning for all my 269 disk2easyflash compatible games findings I posted here between 19th Juni 2016 and 25th December 2016.

Hi,
just read my name here.
Sorry, I am not going to patch any of those games for Easyflash.
I have several open projects going on. While I still favor the Easyflash format over all others, my approach always was and would be to work from scratch rather than converting things/loaders/cracks automatically.
To me, this is where the fun is
Maybe you should try that approach as well?
LastNinja2 isnt too hard to patch, and it was done before as well.
But might be a nice learning start for you! -
Sorry, I can't code/program anything. I can use tools, only.
