C64C KERNAL CHIP - questions to flash

Hi!

I'm new owner of Commodore 64C with warranty label not damaged.
I'm 128'er long time, this is my first C64C (in past I had C64G).

I want to ask about KERNAL CHIP:

Is KERNAL ROM chip 28-pin?

Is KERNAL ROM chip in socket?

I have JiffyDOS binary (32kB) C64 KERNAL with my own modifications... I want to flash it with DELA Eprommer, so for this I have these Qs.

Also: 32kB Jiffy64KERNAL will work with C64C?

Many thanks... I do only one, open C64C...

Where on MB to find KERNAL? (why Q? C64 long time existence has many MB, so only to be sure, link is good help)
Of course how to check that C64C has a single ROM for BASIC and KERNAL?
