I am trying to get in contact with Poly.Play in Weimar as I placed an order with them 3 months ago. I'm waiting for them to reply. Does anyone know a phone number?

It's right on their website under "Impressum" (as demanded by law)

Yes I have tried that number but it is never answered - hoping that there is a mobile number? I believe it's a one man operation so wondering if the gentleman is not well or some other issue?

AFAIK it is indeed only Sebastian who's behind polyplay.xyz (although the logistics are outsourced). As he's got other things to do for a living and also is father of a family it is nothing new that communication with Sebastian is sometimes very slow. I mean really slow. But to the best of my knowledge all is ending up fine and problems get resolved if some should occure. Sooner or later that is.

You expect too much. He works on a slightly slower speed level

My last order had been placed in july 2021 and yesterday I got the shipping number for DHL (Hibernated as plus/4-boxed-version).
Ok, for me that was no problem because I placed "Attack of the PETSCII-robots" under the christmas tree instead. A game that wasn't announced for the plus/4 anyway first but then nevertheless right in time it shipped from much more far away than Weimar

From my own orders, I can confirm that it can sometimes take a very long time to process them. But so far they have always been delivered in the end and I have always been satisfied. I have never had to send anything back.
In order to become happy with this shop, you should perhaps start with the attitude that everything is just a hobby and time is not an important criteria.
