The last few days I wrote a simple text notepad for the C65 in BASIC 10.
If you are one of these poor guys who don't own a real C65, you can also use a cheaper MEGA 65, the Nexys A7 board or even the Xemu emulator (xc65 or xmega65) for C65 notepad.
My main reason for doing this was to play a little with the BASIC 10 of the C65 and of course to have some fun.
Feel free to test and use the program if you want! But don't blame me, if an error lets explode your neighbors house. I will not pay for it!
In the attached zipped file you can find the D81 disc image and the manual (includes the printed BASIC 10 sourcecode) as a PDF file.

1. What is C65 Notepad and what not?
C65 Notepad is ...
... a simple text notepad (with four pages) to type in short text notes which could be saved on disc in the internal disc drive.
It could be used e.g. for notes about the programs on the disc (like readme docs etc.), a shopping list, your favorite cookie recipe, collect your ideas or whatever you want to take a short note of.
C65 Notepad is not ...
... a wordprocessor to type your long loveletter to your sweetheart, your newest bestseller novel or your dissertation.
