Amiga 500 mit SD FLOPPY EMULATOR REV C

Möchte euch meinen fertigen Amiga 500 mit SD Floppy Emulator vorstellen.
Weiß noch nicht, wie ich die Umrandung am Display schöner machen könnte ?!
Vielleicht hat jemand eine idee...? Vielleicht laß ich es auch so....
Hauptsache es geht :-)

Hallo Thomas64,

hast du das Display nur mit Klebeband fixiert ?

Ich weiß nicht, ob mir die Position des Displays wirklich gefällt. Irgendwie habe ich das Gefühl das die Lesbarkeit nicht so toll ist, aber das ist vielleicht auch nur Geschmackssache.

An den Ecken am Display sollten Löcher sein. Hier würde ich die Löcher für die Befestigung für Abstandshalter und Schrauben (ggf. Sechskantbolzen mit Mutter/Schraube) benutzen. Die einfachste Variante dürfte dann eine kleine Platte mit Displayausschnitt sein, die wiederum über dem Amiga Gehäuseloch liegt und mit dem Display verschraubt ist. Sieht vielleicht besser aus als mit dem Klebeband ?

Hallo,

es gibt bei Reichelt einen Display-Rahmen für ca. 10.- € damit kriegst due den Ausschnitt schöner hin.

Ich hab den Floppy Emulator ebenfalls, bin aber noch nicht dazu gekommen den einzubauen.

Bei mir hat die Lieferung drei Wochen gedauert. Im Moment warte ich schon seit drei Wochen auf die Platine und den PIC.
Hoffe das die Teile bald kommen, damit ich mir den Emulator nochmal aufbauen kann.

ja, ich habe das display erst einmal nur mit klebeband befestigt. (es kann eh nicht nach unten weg, da sich da
das abschirmblech befindet) zur position des displays ist zu sagen, dass es nicht wirklich viele möglichkeiten gibt.
entweder stört die tastatur oder das abschirmblech....ich persöhnlich finde es ok.
wobei das display eigentlich kaum gebraucht wird. eigentlich nur zum booten.
danach hat man alles auf dem bildschirm und kann alles mit den 3 tastern und der amiga-tastatur steuern.
das mit dem unschönen rahmen werde ich jetzt auch mit tip eines freundes ändern. habe mir vorhin einen displayrahmen bei conrad bestellt.
innen gibt es eigentlich nicht viel zu zeigen. das einzige besondere ist, dass ich die floppy ausgebaut habe
und den floppy-emu in das floppygehäuse geschraubt habe. man kann also die platine prima mit ein paar
schrauben und abstandshaltern im alten floppygehäuse befestigen.
Die bestellung für den floppy-emu dauerte ca. 15 tage. ging eigentlich sehr schnell.

Ja, die Lieferzeiten bei privaten Kleinserien sind immer so eine Sache... das kann von innerhalb zwei, drei Tagen gehen (noch Geräte aus dem letzten Los "übrig") bis zu mehreren Monaten weil erst Vorbestellungen gesammelt werden bevor die nächste Serie aufgelegt wird. ;-)

Ich hab´ auch ein HxC für meinen A500 bei Lotharek bestellt und warte noch. Ich hatte vor das Display & die Tasten rechts über der (dann entfernten) Floppy zu plazieren. Als Rechtshänder finde ich die passendste Position. Mal sehen ob das paßt.

moin,
hab ebend mein hxc bekommen. bin auch schon fleißig am einbauen. blos ich hab da ein kleines problem. ich weis nicht wie der strom anschluß muß. also ich hab keine ahnung welcher pin 12v halt und welcher 5v hat auf dem motherboard. kann mich da jemand vieleicht aufklären bei einem amiga 500 rev 5 assy 312510?

Neben dem 36 poligen Floppy-Pfostenstecker CN11 befindet sich links die Spannungsversorgung der Floppy CN12. (auf meinem Foto oberhalb!)
Pin 1 (ist gekennzeichnet) =5V+, oberhalb davon 2x Masse, dann 12V+. Im Kabel 5V+= braun, Masse schwarz u. 12V=rot.
Wie @ Kratznagel schreibt, Pinbelegung mit PC identisch, Kabelfarbe jedoch anders!

also das hxc hat strom. hab die sd-karte so bearbeited wie in der anleitung. hab auch die files convertiert. auf dem display kann ich jetzt eine disk einlegen, aber diese started nicht.auch nach einem reset nicht. was mache ich falsch?

Thomas64, funktioniert bei dir beim CEVI die Tonausgabe des 1541U korrekt mit dem TOnausgang des CEVI?

Ich habe das in etwa genauso gemacht bei mir und den STEREO-Ausgang der 1541U-II parallel zum Tonausagen des CEVI gehängt.
Jedoch wird die Soundausgabe dadurch total leise.

Nein. Ich habe im Cevi (unter den Schlitzen im oberen Bereich)
2 Lautsprecher angebracht, die nur für die Laufwerksgeräusche sind.
Der Cevi selbst ist nomal an die Anlage angeschlossen.
