64Copy v4.41 released

Due to some issues found by Ian Coog, I have readied a new version. The
changes include:

* All panel directory paths are retained when the program simply shells
out, especially when using external editors or viewers.
* A better behaving ALT-key panel filename searching, now includes
directories and supports CTRL-Enter to show next name match
* Fixed bug in keypad-+ filename tagging
* The HTML version of the help file now works in Firefox.

Hättest es ja auch übersetzen können ist doch hier ein deutsches Forum und einige wissen bestimmt nicht wirklich
was das Anwenderprogramm kann und was nun anders dran ist ? :roll:
